Mission Statement
Continue the management and development of an organized delivery system for the purposes of maximizing reimbursement, maintaining clinical control, and taking action in those areas that improve patient care, cost-effectiveness, and resource consumption.

Organizational Purpose
The Alliance and the members of the IPA shall work collectively to establish a physician-patient focused network of community providers and to negotiate, execute, and administer contractual agreements on their behalf.

The Alliance and the IPA will work closely with the physician community, and its provider partners, to identify and implement those actions that improve the coordination, delivery, and quality of health care services in the Meriden – Wallingford community.

The Alliance – IPA Partnership

Concentration of Effort
Negotiating & administering health care contracts on behalf of the IPA and its institutional partners.

Identifying and implementing changes in medical practice that improve patient care, resource consumption, and clinical/financial outcomes.

To identify and pursue "targets of business opportunity" that might be of benefit to our physician and institutional partners.

To identify and pursue grant/financing opportunities that might exist to improve the health care status of the community and the overall well-being of our delivery system.

To serve as an organizational resource by assisting and supporting our physician and provider partners in the pursuit of their business and clinical objectives.
